The illustration "Legends Series #1" features the "Rigged-Up", christened "Carolinian" by Sportsman Boatworks in 1979 and the original "Sportsman" put to sea by Warren O'Neal in 1961.

Today Steve proudly releases his 2015 Pirates Cove Billfish Tournament illustration. The illustration was an effort to promote the PCBT while at the same time honor a legend, Omie Tillet. A big thank you goes to Tournament Director Heather Maxwell, without her knowledge, input & direction....this illustration would never have been created as is....

The cover of the 2015 Tournament Guide. If you want to get a quick history lesson on Omie Tillet, read Heather Maxwell's interview with him on page 18. A must read in my opinon.....

Had a blast with Craig smith. Jr. And. Sr. . Today we caught 60. Mahi, 1. Blue marlin, and  1 tuna. I saw something today I have not seen in a long time. Orca, that's right a killer whale. Big. Big. He must be lost 84 % water. still I say I have the best job we see some really cool stuff out here.  The Rigged Up has a few days open in July. Fishing is awesome, I'm ready to fill up these days. Call me at home to book a trip, 252-473-1514
